    A graduate of Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration, Jim has experience with both national and regional hospitality companies, including ARAMark, Anthony's Pier 4, and Lilly Management Company. He has specialized in purchasing systems for restaurants since entering the hospitality industry in 1973. Known for his organizational and negotiating skills, he combines these with a thorough knowledge of the operational and administrative aspects of running a restaurant.

    Jim lives in Bedford, NH with his wife Ginny.  In addition to work, Jim is a former Boy Scout Leader and enjoys camping and classic Ford Mustangs.

 

    A graduate of New Hampshire College, Kate has been with Hospitality since September of 2004.  Kate has experience with many aspects of the food industry including Head Baker at Michelle’s Bakery, Assistant manager at Vista Foods, and production assistant at Drew’s All Natural.

    Kate grew up in Vermont and currently lives with her husband in Manchester, NH   She enjoys gardening, cooking, snowboarding and one day hopes to travel the world.

 

    Nicole brings several years of office management and customer service experience to HSG.

    Nicole spent many years living in Massachusetts before moving to Bedford, NH with her husband and three daughters.  She has also lived in Colorado.  In addition to working with us at HSG, Nicole is active as a school volunteer.
