You know the advantages of HSG’s Purchasing Service and of our industry leading Adaco Eclipse system.  The Eclipse system, maintained by HSG, gives you confidence that all of your orders are being accurately shopped, priced and tracked.  You and your staff can not only submit your requisitions quickly and accurately but also produce accurate inventories with up-to-date prices.

Now HSG has gone one step further.  We have introduced our new Recipe Management Module as part of the Eclipse system.  The Recipe Management Module allows you to keep all of your ingredient information in one place, to know the exact cost of every menu item at any time, see visuals of every recipe, mass replace ingredients and much more!  Best of all, there is no additional monthly fee to use it.  We will be happy to give you a guided tour of the new Recipe Management Module and show you how to enter your product yields and recipes.

HSG would like all of our members to be able to take full advantage of our Eclipse Recipe Management Module and to use this valuable information as quickly as possible.  We also appreciate that time constraints might prevent you from getting your recipes set-up as quickly as you might like.  To help out HSG is offering to set-up all of your recipes in the Eclipse system for you.  Essentially, we will make the Recipe Management Module “turn-key.”  We are offering to set up your recipes for just $12 per recipe.

If you already have your recipes written out, we can generally get all of the information that we will need directly from them.  If you do not have written recipes or have only partial information, HSG has created a simple template for your chef to use.
